This past Saturday evening in Sunset Junction . . . The Second Annual Silver Lake Holiday Night Out went into full effect. As many of Sunset Boulevards’ Specialty Boutiques served Spiced Apple Cider and Champagne to their customers, Franky’s indulged their packed house with a Keg of Beer, Snacks and a Loud & Crunchy Punk Party. I”m here to say, It was awesome!
Jesse, proprietor of the shop certainly knows his clientele. Surrounded by Vintage Tees and New Wave Vinyl the eclectic crowd stayed for the duration . . . arriving early and staying late to enjoy all the free beer and live music one could pack into a Saturday late afternoon / early evening. How many neighborhoods do you know that give back to their community on such a consistent and basis?
So glad I can call this is My Town.
