Designed by Luis de Moraes of Envirotechno Architecture, the home was originally placed on the real estate market with a $12 million price tag. However, it seems Trump recently signed off on a deal to unload the home for just $7.15 million, the source explains. The 11,000-square-foot home is located on the television personality’s Trump National Golf Course. The waterfront space contains five bedrooms and nine bathrooms and boasts sweeping views of the ocean and beautifully manicured putting greens. There are currently six homes on the golf course, but with room for 75 luxury estates, there are sure to be more in the future, The Los Angeles Times reports. The home also has a game room complete with a wet bar and a glass-enclosed wine room. The master bedroom includes a private patio with a fire pit to warm homeowners up on chilly days, according to the source.
